Multi-Family Executive – Dealing with Problem Tenants

Earlier today, I stumbled across an article containing my quotes from an interview I did several months ago with Multi-Family Executive Magazine.  The article deals with steps a landlord can take when dealing with problematic tenants.  The article has a good discussion for property managers of the proactive steps they can take when dealing with a bad tenant.  The article, “Black Sheep”, can be found on the following website.

One Response to Multi-Family Executive – Dealing with Problem Tenants

  1. Good article. As a broker and multi-family principal myself, i agree that we have to stay proactive. The good news with this market is that we have a much better tenant pool. I recently wrote an article about the growing tenant pool if you’d like to read it.
